A Polish conductor and organist who became a global choral phenomenon, leading youth choirs to unprecedented competitive success.
Krzysztof Czerwiński led the Polish Youth Choir to the Grand Prix at competitions in Gorizia, Arezzo, and Tolosa — a triple crown no other conductor achieved. He started as a virtuoso organist in Poland before taking the helm of the Poznań Nightingales and later the Polish Youth Choir. His ensembles display stunning precision, power, and emotional range. His rehearsals demand intensity but cultivate collective discipline and musical joy. Czerwiński also shapes a new generation of musicians as a respected teacher, carrying his fierce commitment to choral excellence across the globe.

The latchkey kids. Raised during divorce, recession, and the end of the Cold War. Skeptical, self-reliant, media-literate. They invented indie culture, grunge, and the early internet — then watched the Boomers take credit.
Krzysztof was born in 1980, placing them squarely in the Generation X. The events that shaped this generation — economic uncertainty, the end of the Cold War, and the rise of personal computing — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
