Dominic Harrison, performing as Yungblud, released the debut album '21st Century Liability' in 2018. The album tackled mental health, sexual identity, and societal alienation with a sound mashing punk energy, hip-hop swagger, and pop melody. From Doncaster, England, he traded a potential acting career for a guitar. His second album 'Weird!' reached number one on the UK charts.
