The ethereal voice and creative force behind Eisley, crafting dreamlike indie rock anthems from a family basement in Texas.
Sherri DuPree's musical world began not in a studio, but in a Tyler, Texas home where creativity was the family business. With her siblings, she formed Eisley as a teenager, their sound a lush, otherworldly blend of folk-pop and alternative rock, anchored by her crystalline, haunting vocals. The band's early demos sparked a major-label bidding war, a rare feat for a young group from a small town. As Eisley's primary songwriter, DuPree's lyrics often spun tales of fantasy and deep emotion, earning a devoted fanbase. Beyond the band, her artistic expression extends to visual art and collaborations, including with her husband, Say Anything frontman Max Bemis, in the project Perma. Her career is a testament to building a singular artistic universe from the ground up.

Sherri was born in 1983, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
