A Georgian pop star whose powerful voice carried his nation's hopes onto the Eurovision stage, finishing a historic second in 2013.
Nodiko Tatishvili won the Georgian talent show 'Geostar' in 2006, launching his career in modern Georgian pop music. His smooth, resonant voice and charismatic stage presence carried him to a continental peak in 2013. That year, he partnered with singer Sopho Gelovani to represent Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest. Their performance of 'Waterfall' was a sleek, dramatic affair that captivated audiences and secured a second-place finish, one of Georgia's best results in the competition. Beyond Eurovision, Tatishvili has maintained a steady output of popular albums and singles in Georgia. He often blends contemporary pop with subtle nods to traditional musicality, remaining a leading entertainer in the Caucasus region.
