The steady, low-end force behind Paramore's explosive pop-punk sound during their formative rise to global fame.
Jeremy Davis didn't just play bass for Paramore; he was part of its foundational chemistry. Joining the band in its earliest days in Franklin, Tennessee, Davis provided the rhythmic anchor that grounded the whirlwind energy of Hayley Williams' vocals and the band's guitar-driven attack. His stage presence was a study in cool contrast—often a still point amid the frenzy, letting his melodic bass lines speak volumes. From the raw angst of 'All We Know Is Falling' to the polished anthems on 'Brand New Eyes' and the self-titled album, his playing evolved with the band's sound, adding depth and groove to their punk-rooted framework. His departure in 2015 marked the end of an era for the original lineup, but his contributions are permanently woven into the DNA of Paramore's most enduring songs. For a decade, he was the quiet constant in a band defined by its loud emotions.

Jeremy was born in 1985, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
