
A fierce rugby league forward who became a cornerstone of Wigan's dynasty before transitioning into a respected coaching career.
Denis Betts won numerous trophies with Wigan Warriors in the late 1980s and 1990s. Born in 1969, the forward earned caps for Great Britain and England. He later coached Widnes Vikings back to Super League and worked in the England national team setup. He now coaches the Wigan Warriors Women's team. His career spans playing and developing the sport at all levels.
