Origin

Gemini (May 21 – Jun 20) represents the twins Castor and Pollux from Greek mythology — one mortal, one divine. When Castor died, Pollux asked Zeus to share his immortality, and they were placed together in the sky. The dual nature of the sign reflects this bond between the earthly and the transcendent.
