A Lithuanian goalkeeping mainstay whose reflexes and consistency made him a first-choice pick for clubs and country for years.
Vytautas Černiauskas has been a familiar and reliable presence between the posts in Lithuanian football for well over a decade. Emerging from the FK Šiauliai academy, he quickly established himself as a starting goalkeeper in the A Lyga, the country's top division. His steady hands and command of the penalty area earned him a move to the historic club Žalgiris Vilnius, where he won domestic titles and experienced European competition. Černiauskas's career is marked by longevity and few dramatic shifts; he is the kind of goalkeeper managers trust season after season. This consistency was rewarded with the captain's armband at Panevėžys and a long run as a regular call-up for the Lithuanian national team, where he provided stability during a transitional period for the side.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Vytautas was born in 1989, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
