An Estonian footballing journeyman who became a prolific scorer at home before transitioning into a successful coaching career.
Vjatšeslav Zahovaiko’s story is one of a consistent goal threat who carried his sharp instincts from the pitch to the sidelines. As a striker, he was a formidable presence in the Estonian Meistriliiga, most notably with Flora Tallinn, where his knack for finding the net made him a fan favorite and a regular on the scoresheet. His career took him across Europe, with stints in Norway, Bulgaria, and Azerbaijan, testing his skills in different leagues. He also earned caps for the Estonian national team, contributing to their attacking efforts. Never one to stray far from the game, Zahovaiko moved into coaching almost immediately after hanging up his boots. He worked his way up, applying the tactical understanding honed over his playing years, and eventually took the helm at FCI Levadia, one of Estonia's top clubs, aiming to shape the next generation of talent.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Vjatšeslav was born in 1981, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
