A dynamic NFL running back whose explosive college career at Clemson rewrote record books before he became a focal point of the Jacksonville Jaguars' offense.
Travis Etienne scored 4,952 rushing yards and 70 touchdowns at Clemson, pairing with quarterback Trevor Lawrence to power the Tigers' offense. Arriving from Jennings, Louisiana, he turned short gains into long touchdowns with breakaway speed and improved power. He surprised many by returning for his senior season. The Jacksonville Jaguars drafted him in the first round, reuniting him with Lawrence. A rookie season ended early by injury. In his second year, Etienne exploded as both a runner and receiver, proving the dynamic weapon the Jaguars envisioned.

Travis was born in 1999, placing them squarely in the Generation Z. The events that shaped this generation — social media, climate anxiety, and a pandemic — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
