Lachlan Burr made his NRL debut for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in 2013. The forward played at lock or prop for ten seasons, appearing for the New Zealand Warriors, Gold Coast Titans, and North Queensland Cowboys. He was valued for his reliability, work rate in defence, and willingness to do unheralded work. His career concluded after the 2022 season. It demonstrated the professional resilience required to last in one of the world's most physically demanding sports leagues.
