A granite-tough goalkeeper who anchored Norway's golden generation of handball, collecting every major title in the sport.
Kari Aalvik Grimsbø stood as the last line of defense for one of handball's most dominant dynasties. With a commanding presence in the goal and an almost preternatural ability to read the game, she became the defensive cornerstone for the Norwegian national team during its era of supremacy. Her career is a checklist of victories: she backstopped Norway to Olympic gold in London 2012, secured multiple European and World Championship titles, and claimed the coveted EHF Champions League trophy with Győri ETO KC in Hungary. Grimsbø's style was defined by a cool, unflappable demeanor under pressure and explosive reflexes that demoralized opposing attackers. After retiring, she seamlessly transitioned to coaching, imparting her championship wisdom to the next generation of goalkeepers at her home club, Byåsen.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Kari was born in 1985, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
