A versatile and dependable defender, Josh Ruffels has carved out a solid professional career across England's football leagues.
Josh Ruffels, an Oxford United academy product, broke into the first team as a midfielder before managers converted him into a left-back. This positional shift led to a five-year spell with Huddersfield Town, where he became a fixture in their Championship campaigns. His consistency, work rate, and potent left foot defined his game. He later moved to League One side Oxford United, then to Shrewsbury Town as a seasoned professional.
