A tireless and tenacious French midfielder, Jordan Ferri built a career on relentless energy, becoming a beloved figure at Olympique Lyonnais.
Jordan Ferri emerged from the youth system of Olympique Lyonnais, a club whose identity he would come to embody. Breaking into the first team, he was not the flashiest talent but quickly became indispensable for his work rate and combativeness in the center of the park. Ferri was the engine, the player who won the ball back and kept the team moving, amassing over 150 appearances for Lyon during a period of transition. He played a part in their runs in domestic cups and European competitions, earning a runner-up medal in the 2016 Coupe de la Ligue. After a decade with his boyhood club, Ferri sought new challenges, first in Ligue 1 with Montpellier and then embracing a move to Italy's Serie B with Sampdoria, bringing his characteristic grit to a new league.
