A stalwart Estonian defender and national team captain whose career has spanned leagues from his homeland to Romania's top flight.
Joonas Tamm captained the Estonian national football team, marshaling its defense with grit and experience. He developed at Flora Tallinn, winning multiple league titles and earning his first senior caps as a teenager. His strength in the air and physical play led to a transfer to Russian side Rostov, where he played in the Europa League. After spells in Poland and Switzerland, Tamm settled in Romania with FC Hermannstadt and later Sepsi OSK, becoming a defensive anchor. Born in 1992, he built a professional career on adaptability and leadership, culminating in the honor of leading his country onto the pitch.
