A powerful Tongan forward who brings formidable physicality and cultural pride to the pitch in both Australia's NRL and the English Super League.
Joe Ofahengaue carries the weight of a rich rugby lineage—his uncle, Willie Ofahengaue, was a Wallabies great—but has forged his own path in rugby league. Born in New Zealand to Tongan parents, he was raised in Australia and developed in the Brisbane Broncos system, making his NRL debut in 2015. A robust middle forward, Ofahengaue's game is defined by hard-running charges and aggressive defense. His career took a significant turn when he embraced his Tongan heritage, choosing to represent Mate Ma'a Tonga at the international level, a decision that placed him at the heart of the Pacific nation's rugby league resurgence. After over 100 NRL games with the Broncos and Wests Tigers, he sought a new challenge in 2023 with the Leigh Leopards in the English Super League, instantly helping the club to a historic Challenge Cup victory, proving his value as a transformative presence in a new competition.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Joe was born in 1995, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
