The powerhouse drummer who provides the relentless beat for pop-rock giants like the Jonas Brothers and DNCE.
Jack Lawless is the rhythmic engine behind some of the 21st century's most recognizable pop-rock anthems. A New Jersey native, his big break came not from club circuits but from a direct audition, landing him the gig as touring drummer for the Jonas Brothers during their late-2000s zenith. His tight, energetic playing became integral to their live sound. When Nick Jonas formed the funk-pop side project DNCE, Lawless was a foundational member, his drums driving the global smash 'Cake by the Ocean'. His style is less about flashy solos and more about propulsive, reliable groove, making him a first-call musician for major tours. Beyond these high-profile roles, he has also played with the band Ocean Grove, showcasing his versatility across the rock spectrum.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Jack was born in 1987, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
