A Bosnian forward navigating the competitive European football landscape, known for his technical skill and goal-scoring instinct.
Irfan Hadžić scored his first professional goal for Olimpic in the Bosnian Premier League in 2012. The forward, born in 1993, developed through Bosnia's youth systems before moving to Slovenian club Koper. He then played for Serbian side Radnik Surdulica, where he became a regular starter and scored crucial goals in the 2015–16 season. Hadžić returned to Bosnia with Zrinjski Mostar, winning the league title in 2017. His career continued with stops at Mladost Doboj Kakanj and Tuzla City, where he remained a consistent attacking threat. Each club asked him to create chances and finish under pressure. He adapted to different tactical systems across three countries. His path reflects the resilience required to maintain a professional career outside Europe's top leagues.

Irfan was born in 1993, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
