Gianluca Curci's story is a classic footballing tale of promise, pressure, and perseverance. A product of AS Roma's esteemed youth academy, the Roman goalkeeper made his senior debut for his boyhood club in 2004, stepping into the immense shadow of the legendary Francesco Toldo.
