Biography
Desi Arnaz Jr. was born into a spotlight so bright it defined his childhood. As the son of Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, the founders of the Desilu empire, he was literally the 'Little Ricky' his mother's character was pregnant with on 'I Love Lucy.' He spent his early years in the public eye, but as an adult, he deliberately stepped away from the overwhelming shadow of his parents' legacy. He found his first true passion in music, drumming for the 1970s rock band Dino, Desi & Billy, which scored several pop hits.
