A Croatian goalkeeper whose professional journey spanned over a decade across clubs in Germany, Russia, and his homeland.
Dario Krešić built a steady career as a professional goalkeeper, primarily in the German football system. Born in Zagreb, he developed at local club NK Zagreb before moving to Germany as a young man, where he would spend the bulk of his playing days. He served as a reliable presence between the posts for several clubs, including Mainz 05, Bayer Leverkusen (where he was often a backup), and TSV 1860 Munich. His path also took him to Russia with FC Rostov before he returned to Croatia to finish his career. While he never became a regular starter for the Croatian national team in a golden era for goalkeepers, his longevity and professionalism in competitive European leagues marked a respectable career built on consistency and dedication to his craft.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Dario was born in 1984, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
