A versatile Norwegian midfielder turned coach, he carved out a long career defined by adaptability and footballing intelligence.
Daniel Fredheim Holm's professional journey is a testament to utility and longevity. The Norwegian midfielder, comfortable on either wing or through the center, became a familiar face in Norway's Eliteserien, most notably with Vålerenga. His game was built on work rate, tactical understanding, and reliable delivery rather than flashy flair. As his playing days progressed, he began mentoring younger teammates, a natural prelude to his post-retirement move into coaching. He now serves as an assistant coach for KFUM Oslo, applying the lessons from his extensive playing career to help guide the club's tactical approach and player development.

Daniel was born in 1985, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
