A hard-nosed, journeyman defenseman who carved out a decade-long NHL career with a reputation for a heavy shot and physical play.
Colin Miller's path to the NHL was not that of a top draft pick, but of a determined grinder. Selected 151st overall by the Los Angeles Kings in 2012, the Ontario-born defenseman honed his game in the minor leagues before getting his real break with the Boston Bruins. His style is defined by simplicity and force: he moves the puck efficiently and isn't afraid to unleash a powerful slapshot from the point or deliver a punishing check. This reliable, physical game made him a valuable asset to several franchises, most notably as an original member of the expansion Vegas Golden Knights, where he contributed to their stunning inaugural run to the Stanley Cup Final in 2018. Miller's career embodies the persistence required to stay in the world's top hockey league as a role player, contributing to teams in Boston, Vegas, Buffalo, Dallas, New Jersey, and Winnipeg.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Colin was born in 1992, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
