Transformed from a flamboyant, intellectual 'Damien Sandow' in WWE to a reinvented, old-school manager guiding NWA's next generation.
Aron Stevens, known to millions as Damien Sandow, carved his initial niche in wrestling not with pure athleticism but with a uniquely cerebral arrogance. Debuting in WWE as a 'self-professed intellectual', his 'Savior of the Masses' gimmick was a masterpiece of comedic pretension, winning him the Money in the Bank contract and a brief World Heavyweight Championship reign. His career, however, has been defined by reinvention. After his WWE departure, he shed the Sandow persona, exploring acting and a more technical wrestling style on the independent circuit. His latest chapter in the National Wrestling Alliance sees him as a wily, suit-clad manager, using his years of TV experience and mic skills to orchestrate victories for others, proving his understanding of the business's theatrical heart extends far beyond any single character.

The first digital natives. Grew up with the internet, came of age during 9/11 and the 2008 crash. Highly educated, deeply indebted, slower to marry and buy houses. Redefined work, identity, and what it means to be an adult.
Aron was born in 1982, placing them squarely in the Millennials. The events that shaped this generation — the internet revolution, 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis — shaped the world they entered and the choices available to them.
