Adam Baldwin's career began not with a whisper, but with the gentle role of a bullied teen in 'My Bodyguard.' That early sensitivity was soon overshadowed by the brutal, machine-gun-toting Animal Mother in Stanley Kubrick's 'Full Metal Jacket,' a performance that cemented his type as a formidable physical presence.
