Slavic religious holiday

George's Day in Spring, or Saint George's Day, is a Slavic and Hellenic religious holiday, the feast of Saint George. In most of the Balkans it is celebrated on 23 April by the Julian calendar. In Greece, it is celebrated on 23 April by the Gregorian calendar, except if it falls before or during Holy Week, when the main feast moves to Easter Monday. In Croatia and Slovenia, the Roman Catholic version of Saint George's Day, Jurjevo is celebrated on 23 April by the Gregorian calendar.
